祝辞,就是书信结尾时,对收信人表示祝愿、钦敬或勉慰的短语,如“即颂近安”、“此致敬礼”、“祝你进步”之类。
其中,“即颂”、“此致”、“祝你”等词,紧接正文末尾书写;“近安”、“敬礼”、“进步”等词,另起一行,顶格书写。
如果祝颂语的文字较多,也可独立占行,空两字写起,不必分拆成两部分。如果信笺下方余地充分,或者为了突出祝辞,也可将“祝”、“颁”、“此致”
等宇样独占一行,空四格书写,而将“安”、“好”、“敬礼”等另行顶格书写。顶格书写的祝辞后一般不加标点符号。
祝辞应根据具体情况恰当择用。

古时书信,颂祝语大都融贯在正文中,至近代才逐渐形成祝辞独立一栏。所以,书信正文中如已包含祝福内容,或者本身就是祝贺信函,那么视辞一项便可省去。还有,信一开头就称“你好”的,如果信末再写祝好之类,便显得累赘了,应注意避免。
署名 署名,就是在正文结尾的右下方签署写信人姓名。如果是写给熟识的亲属友人的,可只写名字,不必写姓;或在名字前面,加上自己的称呼,如:弟、侄、晚等。称呼与名字之间,可略空半字地位;或者将称呼用小字写在名字的左上方。
署名的后面,可加写启禀词,也可不加。常用启禀词如下:
在署名或启禀词后面,写上撰信的年月日,也可把日期写在下一行署名的右下方。另外,还可以在日期之后,写上撰信时的处所、氛围、心境等,如“舟中”、“灯下”、“万籁俱寂”之类。
附候或致意如写信人的家属、近处朋友也和收信人熟悉,署名后一行或加上这些人的附候,如“某人嘱笔问候”。如应向收信人的家属、近邻亲友问候的,可加上“请向某某致意”,倘是长辈,可作“请在某某前四名问安”之类。

信件格式一般的书信由六个部分构成。这六个部分是:称呼、问候、正文、祝福语、署名、日期。下面分别说说它们在格式上的要求。
写一封信,先要把收信人的称呼顶格写在第一行,然后,再在后面加上冒号,表示下面有话要说。
问候语要写在称呼的下一行,空两格。它可以独立成为一段。
正文一般分为连接语、主体文、总括语三个部分。每一个部分开头都应另起一行,空两格落笔。
祝福语是表示致敬或祝贺一类的话,如“此致”、“祝”等。应独占一行,空两格写。
另外,在写与“此致”或“祝”相配套的“敬礼”、“健康”等一类表示祝福的话语时,一般要另起一行顶格写。
写完信之后,在信的右下角写上发信人的姓名叫做署名。在署名的前面一般还要加上合适的称谓,如“你的同学”、“你的好友”,“您的学生”等。
日期写在署名的下一行。

英文信件的写法在许多方面与中文信件有很大的不同,下面我们简单介绍一下英文信件的格式和写法。
1)写信人的姓名、地址写在信封正面的左上角。
2) 收信人的姓名、地址写在信封正面中央稍偏右的地方。
3) 邮票贴在信封的右上角。
4) 地址的写法是先写收信人或寄信人的姓名,然后按照从小到大顺序依次写出门牌号、街道、城市、省
或州名、邮编,最后写国名。
5) 收信人名前应根据需要加:Mr(先生)、Mrs(太太、夫人)、Miss(小姐)、Ms(女士,已婚或
未婚均可)、Dr(博士)、Prof(教授)等称呼,以示礼貌。有些中国学生给老师写信常
用“teacher”作为称呼,这种用法不正确。在英语中“teacher”就跟“worker,driver,farmer”等一
样是一种职业,不能作为称呼。男老师我们可以用Mr,女老师我们用Mrs、Miss或Ms作为称呼。
1) 把寄信人的`地址和日期 (简称“信头”)写在信纸的右上角。地址的写法同信封。
2) 把收信人的姓名、地址(简称“内地址”)写在寄信人地址和日期的左下方,即信纸的左边,低寄信人
日期一至二行处。私人信件此项内容可以不写。
3) 把称呼写在收信人姓名、地址下面,相距一行处。称呼一般以“Dear …”开头,后面用逗号。如无“内
地址”,可以把称呼向上顺移。
4) 书信正文从称呼下一行的3至5个字母开始。
5) 如同汉语信一样,英文信的结尾也常写有“祝好”、“盼来信”、“代向……问好”之类的话,我们称之
为“结束语”。
6) 在信的结尾下面签上自己的姓名。除了对熟人或亲密的人以外,签名必须写全姓名,而且不管什么
信件,都应由写信人亲笔签名。

礼仪提示:
在信文的最后,写上写信人的姓名和写信日期。
署名应写在敬语后另起一行靠右位置。
一般写给领导或不太熟悉的人,要署上全名以示庄重、严肃;如果写给亲朋好友,可只写名而不写姓。
署名后面可酌情加启禀词,对长辈用“奉、拜上”,对同辈用“谨启、上”,对晚辈用“字、白、谕”等词。

教学重难点:
1、确定写给谁,介绍家乡的什么方面。
同学们,今天老师要介绍一位远方的同学给大家,大家想认识他吗?他就是居住在天山脚下的大草原上的哈萨克族小男孩王磊。你们想了解他的家乡吗?那就让我们来读一读他写给远方的小伙伴李阳的信。
二、学习例文,领悟书信的内容,把握书信的格式。
1、自由读文,思考;在信中,王磊向李阳介绍了他的家乡的哪些方面呢?哪些地方给你留下了深刻的印象?
3、这些地方为什么会给你留下深刻的印象?王磊是怎样来写的呢?老师建议大家再去读读这封信。
4、指名回答后教师总结:用上平时自己了解的关于家乡特色的材料,将自己看到的、听到的写下来,表达自己对家乡的热爱之情。把自己最想介绍给好友的地方:古老的风俗——赛马写得特别具体。
5、这是一封信,你发现了写信的格式与我们平时的习作有什么不同了吗?
6、同桌互相交流。
7、指名交流。一起做批注。教师相机点拨:书信由六部分组成:称呼、问候语、正文、祝贺语、署名、日期。
(1)称呼在信的'开头,要顶格写。称呼后面加冒号,表示请你注意下面我有话要说;
(2)第二行空两格写问候语;
(3)第三行空两格写正文。正文是信的主要内容,凡是要说的话,要谈的事都写在这部分。一层意思可以分为一个自然段;
(4)祝贺语另起一行空两格写,一般是写表示敬意、祝愿、勉励的话;
(5)正文写完后,另起一行,在靠右处写署名,在署名的下一行靠右写日期。
这里说一个顺口溜,帮你记住书信的格式:
称呼一定顶格写,问候话语别忘记。信的正文分段写,另起一行写祝语。名字写在右下方, 紧接一行写日期。
三|、根据习作要求写作。
1、读了王磊写给李阳的信,我们了解了天山脚下的迷人风光和古老的风俗,让每一个读了这封信都产生了要到他的家乡走一走,看一看的愿望。如果让你也来像王磊一样来介绍介绍我们自己的家乡,你想介绍什么呢?静静地想一想。
2、小组交流。
3、指名全班交流。
4、明确本次习作要求。教师点拨:没有远方亲朋好友的,可以给其他人写信,写给文中的王磊和李阳也可以,还可以写给知心姐姐、自己喜爱的电视节目主持人等,家在外地的同学还可以向家乡的小伙伴介绍我们扬中。
5、动笔写,教师巡视。
